OKE Spritzgusstechnik manufactures technically demanding plastic components and assemblies for fluid management, vehicle electronics, mechanical systems and liquid-analysis applications, with high requirements for dimensional accuracy, tightness, reliability and functional integration.
OKE Spritzgusstechnik combines injection molding with automated downstream processes, assembly, testing, transport, inline quality control and technical cleanliness. OKE also optimizes injection-molding processes using simulation and processing parameters for component, tool and process.
OKE supports injection-molding projects with tool design, tool simulation, qualification and maintenance throughout the tool life cycle. At the Hörstel site, sophisticated connector tooling with precise core inserts is used for demanding geometries, tolerances and roundness requirements.
OKE develops and optimizes injection-molded components using plastic-compatible design, rheological calculations and simulation. Cadmould and VARIMOS are used to identify filling and quality risks and to optimize component, tool and process parameters before series production.
